Pastoral
Pastoral Team
The Waseley Hills pastoral team share and promote the vision in working together to ensure where it is required that each child and family has a bespoke support plan that will allow them the best opportunities to achieve and for the students to be the best versions of themselves. We do all we can to work via the team around the child approach in order to best facilitate working towards positive outcomes for our young people.
The synergy of the Send, Safeguarding, Behaviour and Welfare team is strong and lies central to the drive here at Waseley, every day, every child matters and we work to ensure the students and families receive the support they need.
The Pastoral team is led by Mrs Meredith and includes Miss Oakes as Strategic Behaviour Lead, Mr Blount as Operational Behaviour lead, Heads of Year Mrs Joshi, Mrs Burke – Martin, Mrs Bradley and Mrs Williams as well as a fantastically skilled student welfare team led By Mrs McLeod. Rebecca Masters offer a further layer of support and is an integral member of the team as our Student Wellbeing Lead. Waseley Hills is lucky to have Mrs Whitcombe – Troth and Ms Moore who are a dedicated attendance department that work as an important part of the pastoral team.
