All student absences need to be reported to school through the in-app messaging system in Arbor or by ringing our absence line on 0121 453 5211. All absences should be reported by 8am where possible.

We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24hrs during a normal working week (08:00 – 16:00 Mon-Fri).  For urgent enquiries, please contact the school reception team on telephone number: 0121 556 1351. Calls may be monitored for training purposes. 

We provide paper copies of the information on our website free of charge. Please contact the school office if you require this service.
