KS3 microbits
During Spring Term we will plan a KS3 day – where students will design and create a game using microbits. We have previously worked with the Science department to design a “house” which is water-tight, students then programmed in microbit to sense if there is any water-leak.
Our Key Stages 3 , 4 and 5 students really enjoyed and found the Tech for Living in Space interactive session extremely beneficial today. We learnt about technology and science working in collaboration and discussed future projects of technology in Space. We hope our students have also been inspired to consider careers in technology linked to Science. The Computing and Science department will continue to work together in future enrichment activities - please keep a look out!
